SOC2Market publishes research and directories about SOC assurance providers and public company evidence. This policy explains the information we handle when you use the site.

Public-source research

Directory and intelligence records are compiled from public company websites, filings, announcements, and other cited sources. Sources are linked where practical. Requests for corrections can be submitted through our partners and corrections page.

Service providers and retention

We use infrastructure, analytics, communication, and payment providers only as needed to run the service. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by SOC2Market. We retain submitted information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
