Research, not professional advice

SOC2Market provides directories, public-source research, estimates, comparisons, and planning tools for general informational purposes. It is not an audit firm, CPA firm, law firm, security assessor, or financial adviser. Content is not a substitute for professional judgment, contractual diligence, or review of a current SOC report.

Accuracy and availability

We work to cite and update material claims, but public information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Profiles, prices, timelines, compatibility, status, and market updates can change. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be changed or interrupted.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful evaluation and research. You may not disrupt the service, evade access controls, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, misuse profile-claim features, or systematically extract and republish the database except through an authorized data plan.

Accounts, claims, and paid services

You are responsible for information submitted in connection with a profile claim or paid service and for maintaining authorized access to any associated account. Plan features, prices, billing periods, and cancellation terms shown at checkout control the applicable purchase. Third-party payment services may apply their own terms.

Intellectual property and source rights

SOC2Market’s site design, original analysis, organization, and software are protected by applicable law. Names, logos, quotations, and linked materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOC2Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made from site content. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
